On February 23, 2011, “Au Housing Finance Private Limited,” a private limited company with the name “AAVAS FINANCIERS LIMITED” (formerly “Au HOUSING FINANCE LIMITED”), was established in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The business registered as a Housing Finance Company with the National Housing Bank, a division of the Reserve Bank of India (HFC). In August 2011, it received the National Housing Bank (NHB) license. It formally began conducting business in March 2012.
As a result of the company’s conversion from a private to a public company on January 10, 2013, the organization’s name was subsequently changed to “Au Housing Finance Limited.” The company’s name was later changed from “Au HOUSING FINANCE LIMITED” to “AAVAS FINANCIERS LIMITED” (AAVAS) in March 2017.
AAVAS primarily offers housing loans in the untapped, underserved, and unreached markets in the states of Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Chattisgarh, and Delhi.
