Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (IIDC) wanted to conduct a Vendor Development program in Gwalior. The program’s objective was to showcase business opportunities in Gwalior and develop vendors for industries in Gwalior. The event’s inauguration was done by Yashodhara Raje Scindia (Minister for Commerce, Industries and Employment and Chairman Madhya Pradesh State Industrial Development Corporation). There were different sessions from industry representatives on other topics for encouraging vendors from across India to come forward to provide products or services. Various education seminars and presentations saw entrepreneurs’ participation and students from technical and management colleges.
Introduction of Business Advantages in Gwalior:
The Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (Gwalior) M.P. Ltd., Gwalior, was formed to aid in the development of Industrial Growth Centers/Areas in the northern area of the State of Madhya Pradesh and to make efforts to attract and invite entrepreneurs, industrialists, business people, and promoters to promote, establish industrial projects and enterprises in Madhya Pradesh.
We conceptualized, designed, and executed the whole program. We created temporary infrastructure, seating accommodation for 700 delegates, stage, backdrop, decoration, sound, lights, welcome gates, flags, registration kiosk, venue branding, etc.
We managed 90 stalls for vendors exhibiting their products and services in a 25,000 sq. ft convention hall.
