Event Brief

The 7th MP EXPORTECH is a collaboration of Madhya Pradesh Laghu Udyog Nigam Ltd. and the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). The Event was organized to give investors, buyers, entrepreneurs, and experts a unique platform to explore more prominent and beneficial trade possibilities. Buyers from Afghanistan, Bulgaria, Nepal, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Mauritius, Australia, Lebanon, Thailand, Turkey, the Philippines, and South Africa were present.

The Organizer of the Event

Confederation of Indian Industry

The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) is a non-government, not-for-profit, industry-led, and industry-managed organization playing a proactive role in India’s development process. Founded in 1895, India’s premier business association has over 7400 members from the private and public sectors, including SMEs and MNCs, and an indirect membership of over 100,000 enterprises from around 250 national and regional sectoral industry bodies.

CII charts change by working closely with Government on policy issues, interfacing with thought leaders, and enhancing efficiency, competitiveness, and business opportunities for industry through a range of specialized services and strategic global linkages. It also provides a platform for consensus-building and networking on key issues.

 M.P. Laghu Udyog Nigam (MPLUN)

MPLUN is a Government of M. P. Undertaking established in 1961, intended to promote the Small Scale Industries of the State and perform the Store Purchase functions of the Government of Madhya Pradesh.

With the experience of more than two decades in the field of marketing, the MPLUN is now a professional procurement organization. The procurement activity is supported by an independent Technical Department equipped with a team of experts in Mechanical, Electrical, Textile, Chemical, and Pharmaceutical, along with several of our Testing labs.

Ascent Role in the Event

We developed the venue’s infrastructure, which spanned over an area of 4200sq m., using aluminium hangers and octanorm stalls to provide a complete view. The inauguration hall was created with a seating capacity of 400 delegates with stage and internal venue branding. Next, the exhibition hall was created where 125 octanorm system stalls were developed with amenities like an octanorm Table, chairs, dust bin, plug point, spotlight, and glass shelf.

We made separate arrangements for the dining area, press meet, one2one sessions in the hangar itself. In addition, we developed a cafeteria of 180 sq. m. to cater to the food requirement of the delegates. For public utility, chemical toilets were also developed on the event premises.

Achievement of the Event

With a total number of 98 deals, the buyers from 16 countries gave an offer of 186 crores.
