The organizer of the Event:
Bharatiya Janata Party
It is one of the two major parties in the Indian political system, along with the Indian National Congress. As of 2014, it is the country’s largest political party in terms of representation in the national parliament and state assemblies, and it is the world’s largest party in terms of primary membership. The BJP is a right-wing party, with close ideological and organizational links to the Hindu nationalist Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh.
Ascent Role in the event:
We conceptualized, designed, and executed a conference for the BJP political party at the Gwalior Trade Fairground. For this, we created a superstructure A/C set up with a stage, barricading, security, light & sound arrangement, drinking water, and seating arrangements in an area of 1,00,000 sq. ft. The whole event witnessed the gathering of around 30,000 people. The event’s promotion was done at major gateways like:
- Bus stations
- Railway stations
- Auto stands
- Other key locations at public places
Outcomes Achieved
- Mass gathered at the event comfortably
- Proper Lighting Arrangement
- Regular Power Supply for 2 days at the event
- Facilitation of drinking water supply for 20000 Karyakartas
