AVTEC is one of the largest independent manufacturers of powertrain and precision-engineered products in India. It is a part of CK Birla Group – a leading global business house. With years of experience in manufacturing, AVTEC delivers competency across the entire value chain of design & manufacture of engines; transmissions and high precision components like cylinder heads, cylinder blocks, crankshafts, camshafts, cam rods and transmission gears for Automotive, Off-Highway, Defence, Agriculture and Railway industry, in areas of both proprietary products and contract manufacturing.

Avtec Effica wanted to do a marketing campaign for their Gas Gensets in the urban cities of Gurgaon, Noida, Ghaziabad & Faridabad. The suggested route by Ascent was to do a van campaign.

Approach

We organized a roadshow with a customized Eicher Van in a way such that it was attractive and prompted Effica to be on a roll across the target locations. At the van, we had the Effica mounted.  The roadshow was managed by a team of professional.

During the show, Anchor had explained to the Target audience about the product, and solve their queries and  provided them with full product knowledge.

 

We designed an eye-ball attractive van for the brand with the product being mounted on the van. The anchor was well equipped with entire product knowledge, and thus he addressed the TG with their product queries.

 

Results Achieved

  • Total Leads Generated 400+
  • Hot Leads 140+
  • Gas Leads 130+
  • Diesel Leads 13
